丹徒规划建设展示馆|设计施工

本案作为区级规划馆的提档升级工程。我们从策划、设计阶段到施工、执行阶段都得到业主很大的支持。建筑设计出自东南大学韩冬青教授之手，但异形空间、复杂动线和大天窗采光都一定程度制约了展示设计。
我们首先从内容出发，为业主详细整理了规划图纸和文字资料，收集了大量的图片信息，以此编纂了完整的展陈大纲；在设计上尊重原有空间，适当保留了亮点，重塑展示流线与各个展项；多媒体展项设计融合了新的人机互动与物联网技术，做到了全馆的整体控制；并参与规划展示片的策划与脚本制作；施工阶段的现场执行保障了方案的完整还原度。
作为区一级的规划馆，在有限的投资之下，我们做到了市一级规划馆的设计施工标准，得到业主与相关领导的一致好评。
